Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions All class passes must be fully utilised within 3 months from the date of purchase. Unused classes after the expiry date are non-extendable and non-refundable. Class passes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Advance booking is required and is subject to class availability. Nyra Wellness reserves the right to amend the class schedule when necessary. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class. Late cancellations, no-shows, or missed classes will be deducted from your class pass.
